About Us

Tino Ceberano Hanshi – IGK Founder

Founded in 1970 by Tino Ceberano, IGK Victoria is a cornerstone of the North Balwyn community, providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals to learn traditional Goju karate. Our classes cater to everyone, from young children to adults, promoting health, focus, and self-confidence.

Established by Tino Ceberano Hanshi, a passionate karateka, IGK Victoria started as a small dojo and has grown into a respected school known for its dedication to traditional martial arts.

Over the years, we have proudly served families, athletes, and community members across North Balwyn, shaping the lives of students aged 4 and up, regardless of their experience level.
