John Ross Shihan and Lambros Kallianiotis Sensei both started their karate training with Tino Ceberano Shihan in the 1980s at the Goju Kai karate-do honbu dojo in Nth. Balwyn. This dojo has a rich history for the many generations of students that trained there under both the Goju Kai and IGK organisations.
We are proud to announce that we have resumed training in the New Year at 378 Balwyn Rd. Nth. Balwyn to continue the tradition of excellence in Goju karate instruction. A new training schedule was released and we’re excited to offer full-time training in the area so many of us grew up and trained in, catering for all ages and levels in the Boroondara Shopping Centre.
It’s an exciting time for all of us and we look forward to your participation in our new home. Many of our senior students started their own training in this dojo and have special memories of their formative years.
